Baseet Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Baseet and the services and features made available through the application. The provider of Baseet is referred to in these Terms as the “Service Provider.”
By using the application, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Baseet is a digital productivity tool designed to assist users with organizing educational or training activities, records, and related tasks.
Certain features may rely on artificial intelligence or other external technical services.
Available functionality may vary depending on the application version, platform, account type, and subscription plan.
2. User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
- The accuracy of data and content entered into the application.
- Having the appropriate authority to enter or use information relating to other individuals.
- Reviewing information and results before relying on or recording them.
- Protecting the user's device, account, and sign-in methods.
- Using the service without attempting to abuse, disrupt, automate improperly, or circumvent its usage limits or technical protections.
The application must not be used for unauthorized access, interference with the service, circumvention of usage limits, or activities outside its intended purpose.
3. Locally Stored Data
Baseet primarily stores the user's educational and work records locally on the user's device.
The user is responsible for protecting the device and maintaining any backups the user considers appropriate.
The Service Provider does not maintain a centralized backup copy of the user's educational records that can be used to restore such records if they are lost.
4. Backups
Where a backup feature is available and the user chooses to use it, the backup may be stored through an account, storage service, or device backup mechanism selected by the user.
Such backups are not stored in storage space operated by the Service Provider and remain subject to the account or storage service selected by the user.
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some Baseet features may process text submitted by the user through artificial intelligence services in order to perform functions requested within the application.
The user determines the content submitted when using these features.
Automated processing may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate results. The user should review results before confirming or relying on them.
Availability, capabilities, processing limits, and usage limits of AI-assisted features may change over time.
6. Plans and Subscriptions
Baseet may offer a free plan and paid plans, including Baseet Pro and Baseet AI, as well as other plans that may be introduced in the future.
The subscription interface presents the principal features, price, subscription period, and renewal information applicable at the time of purchase.
Purchases, renewals, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the applicable purchasing platform.
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete a Baseet account, and deleting a Baseet account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by an app store.
7. Changes to Plans, Features, and Entitlements
The Service Provider determines the services, features, permissions, usage allowances, and limitations associated with each plan.
The Service Provider may modify the structure or content of plans at any time, including by:
- Adding, modifying, replacing, or removing features.
- Moving features between plans.
- Changing usage allowances or quotas.
- Changing how a service or feature is provided.
- Introducing new plans.
- Merging, renaming, or restructuring existing plans.
- Discontinuing a plan for new subscriptions.
- Modifying features or limits applicable to future versions or subscription periods.
The availability of a feature or usage allowance within a plan at a particular time does not create a permanent entitlement to that feature, implementation, or usage level indefinitely.
Changes may take effect immediately or during a future subscription period depending on the nature of the change and the purchasing platform.
8. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Daily, monthly, periodic, or other usage limits may apply to certain services, particularly features that use artificial intelligence or external computing resources.
Limits may differ between plans and may be adjusted according to service requirements, operating costs, technical capacity, or service stability.
The Service Provider may restrict or temporarily suspend access to specific features where usage is excessive, abnormal, automated, abusive, or intended to circumvent applicable limits.
A previously available usage allowance does not guarantee that the same allowance will remain available indefinitely.
9. Trials and Promotional Offers
The Service Provider may offer free trials, promotional access, temporary benefits, or special offers to selected users or groups.
Such offers may be changed, discontinued, or made subject to different conditions.
Temporary or promotional access does not create a permanent entitlement to the relevant feature or service.
10. External Technical Services
Some Baseet functionality may depend on services operated by independent technology providers.
Changes, interruptions, outages, or limitations affecting those services may temporarily affect Baseet functionality.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the permanent availability or unchanged operation of any third-party service.
11. Accounts
Some features may require a user account.
The user is responsible for protecting the method used to access the account and for preventing unauthorized use.
Access to an account or certain services may be restricted where unauthorized activity, misuse, attempts to circumvent technical restrictions, or security concerns are detected.
12. Account Deletion
Users may initiate account deletion using the account deletion function provided by Baseet.
Once deletion is completed, account data maintained by the Service Provider is removed.
Account deletion does not automatically remove data that remains locally on the user's device, backups controlled by the user through external storage services, or purchase records maintained independently by an app store.
Account deletion also does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by the purchasing platform.
13. Ownership of User Content
Content and records entered by the user do not become the property of the Service Provider merely because Baseet is used to process or organize them.
The application processes such content only to the extent necessary to provide the functions requested by the user.
14. Baseet Intellectual Property
The Baseet name, branding, software, interfaces, designs, components, and other proprietary elements are owned by or used under rights available to the Service Provider.
Users may not reproduce or redistribute the application, bypass its technical protections, or attempt to extract or misuse its protected components.
15. Service Availability
Baseet is continuously developed and may be updated or changed.
Functions may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, or external services.
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times or on every device.
16. Data Loss
Because a substantial portion of user records is stored locally, loss or damage to a device, deletion of the application, or deletion of local application data may result in loss of those records if an appropriate backup is not available.
The Service Provider cannot restore records for which it does not maintain a copy.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
The user remains responsible for how Baseet and its results are used within the user's work.
The Service Provider is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate data entered by the user, results accepted without review, loss of locally stored data, interruption of external services, or use of the application outside its intended purpose.
Results produced through automated or AI-assisted functions are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for every individual situation.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Baseet, its plans, services, or operating methods change.
The effective date of the current version is displayed at the beginning of the document.
Continued use of Baseet after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
